I would like to make a complaint against the PNB Europe (Plc) in London Branch. I am so disappointed with their poor services and how they handle their clients. They are sometimes rude as the would make u feel little over whatever your transaction with them specially the head office officer which make the PNB look so inadiquate in service to their client due to this kind of people working with you.
