My landline charger(Classic 24)has not been working for the past ten days. I had already booked my complaint with you at customer care on 13th September ( complaint number-- 136462857) and I was told to receive a new charger that day itself. Neither charger nor any call has come from your side.Then I again contacted at *333 and they ask for more time.
