I took my media player in for repairs to Cafe Viva in Bellville and Eric failed to advise me that the product was discontinued and would take awhile to find new parts. My media player was at Cafe Viva for 5 weeks and I kept calling Eric daily from week 3 and he would respond in the same way.. 'I will check with the supplier and call you back'.
