I was charged for what was advertised as a a free product "Acari Berry". I've called the company FWM laboratories to credit my account and they told me my request would go to their refund department for review. I asked to speak to the refund department directly and they were not reachable. I have to wait for an email confirmation. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was told "she" is on the line.
