New round of letters in 2010 using CountryWide Holding & Trust but amazingly the same exact address as in the Complaints about 1st Direct. They are phishing for a lot of family information in a FAX form to be sent to 1-866-300-0854. The search for NSW 2610 Australia is how I found that complaint comment stream for 1st Direct from 2008 and 2009. Searching for the CountryWide Holding & Trust name, phone numbers, names, etc. comes up with nothing.
