I have been trying to cancel my membership with Massage Envy for three months! THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. They will only let you cancel in person!!! So if you move or are out of town they get to keep charging you! The have horrible customer service and will not even give you the corporate phone number. They state they do not have one!
