Am called luwemba musa a student at jawaharlal nehru university New Delhi 110067 and ordered for an MP3/MP4 music player from indian times.com which was delivered.Unfortunately the player was not working so when i called back, they told me that someone would come and pick it up for checking and then i would get a replacement but all in vain.Its now over two weeks since i raised my comments.i called them so many times but i have not got any help N.B;Delivery numeber-201008250842331.
