It's the usual: some lady from Cell C called and offered me yet another contract, which I did not want. In the end I gave in and decided to give the new phone to my maid. Everything was done telephonically and I can really tear my hair out since then! Cell C gave me a free Phonesure insurance the first month and I had to cancell only after the one month was up - which I did. Try to do it. It takes 3 months before my faxes and emails were answered.
