Not sure why Vodacom has a helpdesk, I have just spent just over two hours on a pphone to Vodacom & nothing has been resolved. I've tried to add a new line to the existing business contract we currently have. This was declined. I phoned the helpdesk to try & find out why the contract was declined. When phoning it was suggested that I speak to Kagiso @082 1946.
