They have made multiple and continuing errors in filing my billing claims (I am a psychologist). Some claims are paid, many are not. When I call to try and straighten out problems, my call is sent to a foreign call center (various countries), with resulting difficulties in mutual language comprehension plus the foreign service reps are not able to take any questions that aren't on their "menu". I don't think it should be legal for a healthcare insurance company to use a foreign call center because of the complex nature of questions to be understand and addressed.
