I have contacted the Vodacom customer care on the 13 July '09 with regards to a signal problem. I was given a reference number and was told that a technician would get back to me within a week. After a week I contacted them again asking if the problem has been looked into and the consultant told me that there was nothing on the sysytem and she would put a message in for a technician to contact me.
