I ordered a laptop from these people. The description said that it had internal Wifi. It didn't. My husband and I contacted them over and over, for the next 2 days, and were told the same thing, that our concern was being escalated to a person higher up, we would hear from them within 2 business days. 4 business days later, nothing.
