We were suppose to receive a parcel which was posted through -EMS China, on 13th September'10 (from China) and it has still not been delivered to Hyderabad India. When we try to track with the Tracking ID, we see parcel has been handed over to Customs of Mumbai, India. I am concerned about my product. Please help.
