I have been a client of MTNSP for several years. I have always been on a contract with MTN. My most recent 2 year contract expired a few months ago. I have tried several times over the last several weeks to get my now expired contract changed to a pay as you go. I can't imagine this to be a very difficult thing to do. Despite being billed as per usual every month, I have been unable to make or receive calls from my MTN phone for the last few weeks. I am not even able to contact the 808 helpline to find out what's going because the line is blocked or suspended or something. Quite unacceptable service and I am very very put off MTNSP. read full review »
