I had an appointment with one of your stylists today at 1 pm. What I explained to her and what I got for the money I paid ( R 345.00 cut and blow dry ) are 2 different things. I'm very disappointed by the fact that your stylist does not have any knowledge of cutting hair nor has she any knowledge of rectifying her mess. You should actually send her for advanced training courses. For my sake I now have to find another hairdresser to rectify my hairstyle. I'm really shocked and disappointed at the service one receives at such a prestigious salon. read full review »
