I bought a Gigabyte smart-i phone from them. The battery for the phone has been giving me problems. I then wanted to get a new one from Vodacom. I went to the Vodashops in and around Johannesburg they could not help me and they didn't even know the make even though I had bought the phone from them. I then logged calls with their call centre; they didn't get back to me for a month and within that month I was the one calling them to check if they had found the battery.
