I am very unhappy with the situation regarding a claim with Outsurance. I have a Mini Cooper, which is still under motor plan, so can only have it panel beaten at an approved BMW panel beater. Outsurance recommended that it be fixed at Auto Helderberg BMW, which is in Somerset West. I did not think too much of this, until I went today to deliver the vehicle to be repaired. I live in Rondebosch and it took over 2 and a half hours for me to drop it off and be dropped back. This is completely ridiculous that Outsurance recommend a repairer so far... read full review »
