As per my previous correspondence, I would like to make mention that I have voiced my displeasure with the manager of Dell regarding the level of service that I have been offered. I have yet to hear his reponse to the questions that I have posed. One of the most pertinent questions related to the definition of a 'next day on-site warranty.'
