Ordered a set of dishes from Fingerhut and when they arrived some were damaged. I contacted their so called customer service and was promised replacement pieces. That was 3 months ago and everytime I contact 'customer service' they either ignore me completely or tell me how sorry they are for any inconvience that this has caused and my replacement pieces are being shipped.It does absolutly no good to to contact them as they have the next thing to no customer service.
