Amazon.com book reviews are nothing but scam. They are all written by their insider editors. Just try and sell any writer's books over there, if Amazon editors do not like you, they would remove all 5 stars reviews under your book reviews. After many times of negotiation with Amazon editors, the reply is... "This is how they run their business."
