On monday I laid a complaint of poor service and bad business practice with FNB who assured me that it would be investigated. They gave me a reference number and said that a senior manager would contact me within 24 hours. A day and a half later still nothing. Full of empty promises. I did however receive my bank statement with tons of cash spent on 'service charges' They should change the name to 'lack of service charges'. read full review »
