Recently I have upgraded my contract and cellphone. One of the reasons being that I had a problem with losing incoming calls. I suposed this was my handset, due to the fact that it was old, and due for replacement. To my utter disappointment, my new handset did exactly the same thing. This meant obviously that it was a network issue. IMy phone rings, when I answer, it is dead quiet, no person on the other side. Sometimes the calling party has to dial 4 times to get through.
