Ashley Furniture in Catonsville, MD has the absolute worst service. I purchased a small table and a TV stand on July 30th; it is now Sept. 7th and I have not received it. The rep stated they can not deliver my furniture until Sept 17th. I have called each week and they stated it will be ready for deliver on Sept 7th. Each time I called the Ashley Furniture store, the sales people acted helpless with no customer service or understanding for the amount of time I have had to wait. I called on Sept 7th after receiving no call and they stated the mgr will call me back. It has been an hour and no call yet. read full review »
