I took a valuable serigraph to Allegro Arts & Custom Framing in West Reading, Pa. to have it framed. When the art was returned, the serigraph had been damaged. Allegro said the damage could not be repaired, and took no responsibility, saying the damage must have been there before the art work was left with them. That is not the case. The piece had just been purchased from a dealer was in mint condition. The art was packaged during transport to the frame shop, and no damage was noted when choosing the matting and frame. They damaged the serigraph and should take responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone! read full review »
