advanta raised my interest rate from 15.43 % to 37.99% in a 2 month period.They told me that if i opted out the rate would stay at 15%, but i would not be able to use card.In other words they would cancel my cards. They cancelled cards, and still raised rates to 37%.Over the 4 year period i used their cards, most of the time balance was paid off monthly. I have talked to card representatives twice and they would not consider lowering rates. read full review »
