I went to get apply for a job at bally fitness and turned in my resume and was told I have to have a natonally recongized certification to work in the personal trainer postion, almost immediatly right after I turned in my resume a friend of mine who just happened to be white went in and got the positon with out the certification. The funny thing is I was dressed in nice slacks and a nice professional long sleeve shirt and he was in shorts and a shirt that looked like it would be something he would work out in. read full review »
