Let me shorten this version of my story. I'm in GA ... Purchased an hid kit as a BDAY GIFT to my bf, tried to install it SEVERAL times didn't work. Sent it back to them charging me $10 (telling me they would still refund me the $10 regardless) and now they're saying they wont refund it since they didn't find my hid kit defected. Right now the package is in the process of shipping back to me and i'm going to try again - if it still doesn't work, i will report them to the BBB.
