I cancelled my account, the company said i would recieve an email that i had to respond to for confirmation (aug 17). i never received the email nad since then they have charged my charged my account 7 times. they have record of my first request for cancellation but will not refund any of the money they have took out of my account. I now have another cancellation confirmation number, but have not received an email confirming my order. I would like my money back, and my account cancelled finally. read full review »
