I am Nagesh, from vishakapatnam. I have trying to complaint for my landline not workinge. since I have't customer care number. So I found from the internet from bsnl websit, the number is - 08912554088. when I call this number the other person told me that this is not complaint number and he given another number ie - 08912787841. when called to this number this personm also told me the same and he given another number - 08912544374. and also my friends also got this Issue. while they give the complaint to direclty walk office and given. after 2 weeks they received the complaint.
