We hired a vehicle from Heathrow airport, and although all went well we had a new espace, we asked to remove scdw waiver after we collected the vehicle and they would not refund the extra insurance, Jacob in there customer service centre refusd saying that it could not be refunded once the hire had commenced and the only way to remove it would to bring the vehice back have it checked in again, and then start a new hire.
