I am David Reid and I live in Australia, I do a lot of shopping online and this is the first time I have caught like this. I purchased recently two tv shows on dvd which I have been looking for which this site had and was not available any where else so I placed the order and the order came within the time quoted but when I was watching them they where different to any other dvd I have purchased in that the picture and sound was very bad quality and it would appear that they were done using equipment for illegal dvd copies.
