My mother, Dawn Bonny, has had an account with FNB Kempston Road for years. Her rent is on stop order. A few days ago, she was informed by the landlords of her rent-controlled flat that her rent hadn't been paid for a few months, and they are now demanding that she pay an extra R1500 a month to rectify the situation.
