I just called the call centre querying my account, as I paid in more last month, but was not deducted from this months bill. I am so sick and tired of this useless service that Neotel provides, if you cannot provide a service do not advertise it, we are paying for the service and if you ask me it is a total waste of my hard earned money. If there service is so good they should give a guaranteerefund or cancel the contract. From day 1 I've had problems, I will seriously be seeking legal advice how to cancel this lousy service. read full review »
