Felix took my car in for trade and he still has not paid it off with several attempts of contacting him, I just get he is busy or he picks up the phone and hangs up on me. Three months later and having the DMV call and tell him they are going to file a complaint if I dont have a title transfer for the vehicle I Bought, and 30 minutes later he faxed the title transfer to the DMV.
