Complaint with Wells Fargo NOT following guides for "Unemployed Homeowners program" denied for HAMP and UHP because I am not delinquent. Program state if delinquent or forsee forclouser you can apply. They will not let you. You need to create bad credit, forclosure from them and them maybe or maybe not.
