This is praise, not a complaint. Regarding all those other complaints, we noticed that MOST of them said they adopted them from MOBILE units, not straight from North Shore. We adopted a very cool animal from NSAL --from the base, not from the mobile unit. And, so far, we are very happy. Sure the dog has a few problems, but we knew that from the start.
