World Health Club were charging me unknown charges on my pre-authorized credit card. I went in on Aug 06, 2010 and made a complaint and the administration rep refuse to fix the problem so I got fed up and I cancelled my membership. They require a 30 days notice so I said fine. The rep told me my cancellation will be back dated to Aug 1st and my final membership date is the 31st. Comes Sept 2nd, I got a another month of membership charged on my credit card.
