Ordered two cell phones from Sprint.com. They never sent them, but kept my money!!! I have tried for two years to get them to give me my money back for no product and they ignored me. Got a lawyer involved who didn't help either. She said it wasn't worth the stress even though they were in the wrong!!! Geez. What a lousy company. That is criminal theft in my eyes. I have let the issue go. It was $225 hard earned dollars, but I figure what goes around, comes around. I'll probably file a complaint with the BBB. read full review »

I have an $1800 credit line, purchased over $200 worth of goods in June, paid over the minimum for July by $35, then was late for my next payment because I thought I had it set up online for automatic withdrawal. My bad. So I go online and just pay off the card, late fees and all. Today I go into Best Buy to purchase $750 worth of product and they deny my card. The payment hasn't showed up yet.
