Forget the scattered good reviews. I usually do not form opinions reading reviews, but this time I agree with all of the bad reviews. I was told that I would be getting a courtesy shuttle. But on reaching there the technician said there was none on Saturday. He rudely said - "Did I tell you there was a shuttle on Saturday". I then spoke to the manager. I told him I had a confirmation email from his office. He said he could somehow arrange for drop off.. but no pickup. Phew..
