I bought a $799.99 47" LCD LG Television back in July 2010 with a Premium Warranty at $199.99. This past weekend my screen got cracked and I called the local store where I was put on hold 3 times and during those 3 times the call hung up after a minute on hold. I purchased this warranty under the impression of a IN STORE REPLACEMENT or AT HOME REPLACEMENT no questions askedx.
