This is a RIP-OFF outfit. They received millions of dollars tax free from the US goverment. OBAMA goverment created an affordable home legislation. GMAC took monies from the US Adm. and they are suppose to allow their customer to apply and obtain a loan modification. They only grant it to customers that are Upside DOWN for them not to walk away. Otherwise, you are not upside down they give you the run-around. They calculate Social Security income at 125% and obtain ahigher payment for their benefits.
