This deceptive site claims to only charge you a "small" registration, but the "small" fee turns out to be $159. In my book, not a small fee. $10.00 would be a small fee. And, when you go to there chat service to make a request for a refund, they merely give you canned answers, and claim the page clearly stated you would be charged $159.
