Hi, I'm from Noida & using the Airtel connection from quite some time & from last few months we are facing a problem of "frequent packet drops" which is resulting in frequent disconnection while joining web meetings. Every time a new SR is opened and closed but the problem remains there. The last complaint lodged was 38016270 and we were promised to provide resolution.
