Our daughter was registered for enrolment in the Bowen After School Care Program (BASCP) this May. We have paid for two months worth of tuition total ($1386+$75 registration fee) 3 months before the first day of school. Then our family financial situation changed for the worse due to unexpected unemployment. Therefore we concluded that we could not afford to send our daughter to the program.
