I have never recieved terrible service like the service I received today. Susan (Kimberley Branch), firstly started by ill treating her colleague in my presence which was not impresive, for I usually use Hertz and the gentleman there is very professional. I drove and heard an irritatingly rattling noise at the back wheel of the TATA and stopped when I was thirteen kilometres far as it was becoming louder as the speed increased.
