Called in regards to a letter I received that I owe $400 from 2007. I called to say I did not owe anything and spoke to a woman Helene who was absolutley HORRIBLE to speak to and seemed to interested in drinking her morning coffee. I am completely fustrated with the lack of help and unwillingness to hear what I had to say. I do not owe this amount! This debt is not mine. I will call later this afternoon to escalate but felt this past hour was a complete waste of time with a very rude and uncooperative person. read full review »
