I bought a vehicle in October only to finally receive the registration papers in January! I purchased a ford bantam from Clive Millman in October 2008. I paid for the vehicle in full and was told that it had been settled with the bank the previous day. When I collected the bakkie, I was told the secretary was on her way with the registration papers but had been parked in at their other branch.
