I bought a W760i phone in April, and it's been only half a year and its just shut down all in sudden. The phone comes with 1 year of manufacturer warranty. I sent the phone back to the repair, however, they phone sent back with determination of 'evidence of liquid damage' however, I have never spilled any liquid onto the phone nor dropped it in water. The customer service supervisor, Louis, said if the oxidation was found on the phone, the repairment center will not fix it. The customer service dept is not willing to help... read full review »
