On Sunday, 9/19/2010 we brought our car to SILVERPOINT to be washed (the manager on duty is name ABEL). While they had the car, ABEL and the other workers broke with windshield wipers and scratched the windshield beyond repair. ABEL immediately took responsibility for this (it could not have more clearly been their fault and they knew it). ABEL gave us a written, signed statement saying they would pay for all the damages.
