I was on line when a pop-up come up about a CD to start your own website. It was for $2.95 with free shipping.I authorized a $2.97 for a CD that I never received. When I got my credit card statement there was a charge of $149.95 from ICM. When my credit card company contacted them about the charge, they sent them paper work stating that I had 3 days to cancell and they refused to refund the money.
